InteractiveStudio: FAQ
How much space do I need? The InteractiveStudio dimensions are 6’.5’’ tall, 2’.65’’ wide and 1’.8’’ deep. We recommend having around 5 ft of clear space (size of a yoga mat) to move around and break a sweat with the JAXJOX coaches. Don’t worry, if you workout farther away, our AI technology will still track your performance.
Is the membership required to use the InteractiveStudio? InteractiveStudio membership is required for the first 12 months after your delivery date. Your membership gives you access to up to six accounts, daily live and on-demand workouts and programs, workout recommendations, as well as our performance tracking and Fitness IQ score.

What type of classes are offered? Can you remove the equipment from the InteractiveStudio and use it in different locations? YES – JAXJOX InteractiveStudio is the only at-home fitness studio that provides connected digital equipment with real-time performance tracking giving you the freedom to train smarter on or off the InteractiveStudio. You have the option to remove any of the equipment from the stand and use it in a different location. Does The InteractiveStudio’s AI-powered performance tracking work if I am not taking a class? Yes, Our AI technology is built into our products giving you the freedom to workout without a live class, while still recording your performance data. All you have to do is download the JAXJOX App and your data will be recorded in real-time.
Does the InteractiveStudio correct form in real-time? The InteractiveStudio does not use 3D motion cameras to correct your form. Our expert JAXJOX coaches guide you throughout the workouts to ensure you are performing workout moves correctly. JAXJOX also provides 100s of SKILLS videos to train you on form and technique. We recommend taking our SKILLS videos and beginner programs to learn standard moves before jumping into a live workout.
What is the warranty?
The InteractiveStudio has a one year limited warranty. JAXJOX warrants the InteractiveStudio including the screen, stand, and all incorporated hardware elements (e.g. Push UpConnect, KettlebellConnect, DumbbellConnect, and Foam RollerConnect) against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery.
Labor and Installation of InteractiveStudio – 1 year. For an InteractiveStudio originally installed by an authorized JAXJOX technician, JAXJOX will cover the labor cost for the repair or replacement made under this Limited Warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery. Except where applicable laws require otherwise, this warranty is void if the InteractiveStudio is removed from its original installation location. Read full policy terms here.
How is the Membership fee billed?
The first month of your subscription will be billed when your InteractiveStudio is delivered. Remaining months will be billed on the same day of the month that your subscription is activated. In the event of a failed payment, we will attempt to bill the credit card on file one time within seven days of the subscription payment due date. If all attempts are unsuccessful, we will deactivate the subscription.
After your one-year commitment, subscriptions default to month-to-month auto-renew so you can continue to enjoy your workouts without any service disruptions. If you would like to opt-out of auto-renewal at any point during your first year, you may contact our team at [email protected]
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription at any time after your one-year commitment. Your cancellation must be received 7 days before your billing date, and your subscription will be deactivated at the end of the billing cycle.
