If you are not satisfied with your JAXJOX Product, you can request a return within 30 days after your delivery.
JAXJOX’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty.
Our guarantee of the InteractiveStudio applies only if it were installed by JAXJOX or our authorized delivery and installation agents, and does not apply to your dissatisfaction for any damage caused by your improper use.
Because of the size and weight of the JAXJOX Equipment we do not offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges that you may have paid to receive your products. Returns for the InteractiveStudio, KettlebellConnect, DumbbellConnect, Push UpConnect, Foam RollerConnect and Heart Rate Monitor will be charged an additional return shipping fee.
If your JAXJOX Product is returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or otherwise has signs of abuse, JAXJOX reserves the right to refuse a refund or to charge additional restocking fees, at JAXJOX’s sole discretion.
If your JAXJOX Product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee. If you have an issue with your JAXJOX Product after 30 days, refer to our Limited Warranty and contact [email protected] with questions or service requests.
We will issue your refund within ten (10) business days of picking up your returned Product. Refunds for purchases will be credited back to the original credit card only.
