Here’s how to set up your KettlebellConnect 2.0:

1. Charge your Kettlebell

Place the KettlebellConnect 2.0 base on a solid level floor. Plug the charging cable into the base of the KettlebellConnect 2.0, and into the outlet to charge.

2. Stack the weights

Stack the weights on the base one at a time from 1 (on the bottom) and ending with 5 (on the top) with the numbers facing right side up. Then, place the Kettlebell shell over weights. Once the shell is secured on the base, you may select your desired weight by clicking the (+) or (-) button on the display screen. Make sure that charging pins on the bottom of the KettlebellConnect 2.0 are lined up properly.

3. Wait for the beep

Wait for a beep to sound. The KettlebellConnect 2.0 needs a moment or two for its internal mechanism to adjust to the weight you’ve selected. Once you heard the beep, you’re ready to start your workout!
