InteractiveStudio
How much space do I need?
The InteractiveStudio dimensions are 6′.5’’ tall, 2’.65’’ wide and 1’.8’’ deep. We recommend having around 5ft of clear space (size of a yoga mat) to move around and break a sweat with the JAXJOX coaches. Don’t worry, if you workout farther away, our AI technology will still track your performance.
Is the InteractiveStudio available in UK?
The InteractiveStudio is not yet available outside of the US. Please sign up for our waitlist to be the first to get updates from our team!
Is the membership required to use the InteractiveStudio?
InteractiveStudio membership is required for the first 12 months after your delivery date. Your membership gives you access to up to six accounts, daily live and on-demand workouts and programs, workout recommendations, as well as our performance tracking and Fitness IQ score.

What type of classes are offered?
JAXJOX InteractiveStudio provides the most variety in workouts by bringing the versatility of cardio, strength-training and recovery to your home in one compact unit. No two workouts are the same. How do you adjust the weights on the InteractiveStudio?
The KettlebellConnect 2.0 and DumbbellConnect can be adjusted through the LCD display screens on the products or the weight dial on InteractiveStudio touchscreen TV.
From the LCD screen, you can select to add or drop weight by pushing the (+) or (-) button. You can adjust the pair of dumbbells with one selection. Once the device beeps, you can remove the selected equipment from off the base and begin using it.
From the weight dial, you first select the product and then use your finger to swipe up or down to adjust the weight. Once the selected product beeps, you can remove it from the InteractiveStudio.
Can you remove the equipment from the InteractiveStudio and use it in different locations?
Yes, JAXJOX InteractiveStudio is the only at-home fitness studio that provides connected digital equipment with real-time performance tracking giving you the freedom to train smarter on our off the InteractiveStudio. You have the option to remove any of the equipment from the stand and use it in a different location.
Does The InteractiveStudio’s AI-powered performance tracking work if I am not taking a class?
Yes, Our AI technology is built into our products giving you the freedom to workout without a live class, while still recording your performance data. All you have to do is download the JAXJOX App and your data will be recorded in real-time.
Does the InteractiveStudio correct form in real-time?
The InteractiveStudio does not use motion cameras to correct your form. Our expert JAXJOX coaches guide you throughout the workouts to ensure you are performing workout moves correctly.
JAXJOX also provides 100s of SKILLS videos to train you on form and technique. We recommend taking our SKILLS videos and beginner programs to learn standard moves before jumping into a live workout.
What is the warranty?
The InteractiveStudio has a one-year limited warranty. JAXJOX warrants the InteractiveStudio including the screen, stand, and all incorporated hardware elements (e.g. Push UpConnect, KettlebellConnect, DumbbellConnect, and Foam RollerConnect) against defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery.
Labor and Installation of InteractiveStudio – 1 year. For an InteractiveStudio originally installed by an authorized JAXJOX technician, JAXJOX will cover the labor cost for the repair or replacement made under this Limited Warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of original delivery. Except where applicable laws require otherwise, this warranty is void if the InteractiveStudio is removed from its original installation location. Read full policy terms here.
What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your InteractiveStudio, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (return shipping fees not included). Contact [email protected] with any questions.
KettlebellConnect 2.0
What is the difference between the KettlebellConnect and the KettlebellConnect 2.0?
The KettlebellConnect 2.0 has real-time performance tracking and an updated shell and handle design for maximum comfort and usability. With the KettlebellConnect 2.0, you can see your performance data in real-time while watching one of our live and on-demand classes in the JAXJOX App. The 1.0 version still collects your performance data, but it is not collected in real-time or overlayed on the live and on-demand workout screen. To sync your data to the JAXJOX App, you must add the 1.0 version back to the base before the data is recorded in the app.
Does the original KettlebellConnect work with the InteractiveStudio?
The original KettlebellConnect does not work with the InteractiveStudio, as it does not have the AI tracking technology required. You have to upgrade to the 2.0 version if you plan on gradually building up to the full InteractiveStudio experience.
What weight increments will be available?
5.5kg, 8.5kg, 11kg, 13.5kg, 16.5kg, 19kg
Is there any assembly required?
The shell, base, weights, and charging cable & AC adapter will be in the box. Our instructions walk you through correctly placing the base on the floor and stacking the weights in order before attaching the shell.
How do I change the weight display to show KG?
To change your weight to KG, place the kettlebell on the base and wait for the beep. Hold the (+) button down until you see LBs flashing. From there, the display will switch to KG.
What iOS/Android version do I need to download the JAXJOX app?
For iOS devices, you must have iOS version 10 or higher installed on your device. For Android devices, you must have Android version 5 or higher installed on your device.
What if my kettlebell is not connecting to my app?
Please make sure your Bluetooth is turned on for your device and that your KettlebellConnect™ 2.0 is charged and nearby. Reach out to [email protected] for more help.

The JAXJOX App includes real-time performance tracking for your connected products and analytics to review your progress.
For £24.99/mo, you can subscribe to the full App experience and access 100s of on-demand classes with real-time performance tracking, scheduling to plan your weekly workouts in advance, advanced metric reporting and a personalized Fitness IQ score.
Do you need to subscribe to the JAXJOX App to track your performance data?
No, you do not need to subscribe to the £24.99/mo offering to track your data. You can still use your connected products with the app and record your data by joining the Freestyle mode. Advanced metric reporting requires a subscription.
How do you adjust the weight in the kettlebell and how long does it take to switch weights?
Choose the desired weight by pressing the – or + sign on the base. The KettlebellConnect™ 2.0 can be adjusted from 5.5kg to 19kg in increments of 3kg. You can cycle through the available weight continuously, meaning if you are on 19kg, you can quickly change to 5.5kg by pressing the + button. The KettlebellConnect™ 2.0 takes approximately 1 second to change your selected weight. The KettlebellConnect™ 2.0 will beep once when ready for use.
My KettlebellConnect™ 2.0 is not adjusting weight, what should I do?
Ensure the kettlebell shell is properly seated before adjusting the weight. The kettlebell will beep when seated correctly. Verify the weights are stacked correctly in the right order. The weight of the kettlebell shell may be misaligned with the weight on the base. Visit our Support center on the US website for more troubleshooting steps.
My KettlebellConnect™ 2.0 is not beeping when reseating the kettlebell shell onto the base.
When reseating the kettlebell shell, ensure it is aligned correctly with the base. The handles should align with the wings on the base. Ensure the kettlebell shell is fully seated completely- there should not be space between the shell and the base. Verify that the weights are stacked correctly in the right order.
How can I clean my KettlebellConnect™ 2.0?
Prior to cleaning, unplug the KettlebellConnect™ 2.0. To clean the kettlebell shell, use a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using detergents. Avoid water coming in contact with the base, as it contains sensitive electronics.
What is JAXJOX’s return policy?
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
You must contact JAXJOX® within 30 days of your purchase date.
You must return the product to JAXJOX® to receive a refund. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not broken or damaged). All components originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (such as state, customs, or VAT) are not refundable. You are responsible for all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to JAXJOX®.

What is the total weight of the DumbbellConnect set?
The DumbbellConnect set is 100 pounds total. Each dumbbell adjusts from 8-50lbs.
What weight increments will be available?
8lbs, 14lbs, 20lbs, 26lbs, 30lbs, 36lbs,42lbs, 50lbs per dumbbell
Is there any assembly required?
The dumbbell handle, base, weights, and charging cable will be in the box. Our instructions in the user manual walk you through assembly.
How do I change the weight display to show KG?
To change your weight to KG, place the dumbbell on the base and wait for the beep. Hold the (+) button down until you see LBs flashing. From there, the display will switch to KG. You must do this for both dumbbells.

You can cycle through the available weight continuously, meaning if you are on 26lbs, you can quickly change to 8lbs by pressing the + button. The DumbbellConnect takes approximately 1 second to change your selected weight. IMPORTANT – Do not remove the dumbbell from the base until you hear it beep.
